VB Code to save an email to hdd on sending

Hi all, I’m new to the forum and very new to working with VB so please bear with me.
Basically I'd like to save a copy of an email to a file path on sending.

My code so far identifies the type of mail I want to save by identifying a string within the Item.Subject, what I need now is how to then save to a specific file path?

What I have so far is:

I need to replace the SaveOption VbYes message box with the code to save to a location.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
