Chaning The Colour of Only One Particular Message in Inbox

Hi, My question relates to Outlook 2010.

Is it possible to change the colour of the text (namely the subject) or the row of one particular message in the inbox?

I know there is conditional formating where you can change colours of all read and un read messages. I know you have categories where you can assign different colours but when I do that it doesn't change the font colour of the message. I know also you can edit the message and save the subject in a different colour. However, is there a way to do this from the inbox screen.

For example, I may get two messages from John, two from Jill and one from Peter. I'd like only one of the two messages from John to be Green in the inbox. This is simply by changing it from the default black to green. Is this able to be done? Ty, JL.

Best way to do that is assign a catergory to it, say green. Then go into view, view settings, conditional formatting and make a formatting for any email with green catergory with whatever formatting, size color fonts etc, you want.
