Is there a way to integrate / consolidate archived email folders that are duplicated and combine all into one concurrent archive folder or; bring them all back into the Inbox and reset the archive settings to archive them all correctly?

Perhaps I didn't pose my question accurately.
I have accidentally dropped message folders into another by mistake and now have archived duplicate folders which I need to combine to save message history continuity.
Is there an MS application, macro or open market application similar to Beyond Compare which will put the Outlook message file directory structure side by side to easily combine duplicated folders into one folder?
I tried importing with no duplicates and it imported the file structure exactly, I thought it would leave the duplicates behind but it did not.
Can anyone help with this, thanks in advance.
