Hi,

I'm using my work's Outlook to monitor and access the emails of the basketball club I'm involved with. It's incredibly easy to send an email from the wrong account by mistake. It's only happened once, but I never want to be able to do this. I'm ok sending basketball related emails from my work account, but it would be a disaster if I accidentally sent an email to my boss from the basketball account.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a macro or code I could run which would pop up "You're sending email from Basketball account. Is this deliberate?" but otherwise just let every email go through unmolested.

I've read that a passable workaround is to set up a dummy account as the default and then it will ask every time, but that would get in the way of my work. 99% of my emails are work-related, obviously.

Any ideas? Thanks.
