    Hi Shokarta,
In order to launch a VBA macro from Excel that create a new Appointment with your signature, i suggest that you use MailItem object in order to get your signature and insert it in an appointment.

Please Login or Register to view this content.
Also, consider to replace the "at sign" mention in this code with the symbol
    Hope this help !

Re: when new windows created and its appointment add signature

    Hello Jeronimo,

    sorry for confusing
I was not asking for Excel macro, but outlook macro.

Basicaly, if you create meeting in outlook (doesnt matter if online teams or regular in meeting room), the page opens blank without your own signature...
So I was looking for a macro to automaticaly put a signature every time I create new meeting directly in Outlook...

But i think it will not be that far away from what you provided in your example, right?
In excel I would approach by Workbook_Open(), and check if the window is meeting window (an its new, not reply)... and then just place a signature ("internal", because user can have multiple signatures) on the top of the message window (because bottom will be the link to Teams, etc)

Can comething like this be done in Outlook?

Thank you a lot for your help here, I very much appriciate that
