toolbar button to add paragraph of text and open attachment dialog in specific folder

I want a macro to run from a toolbar button to add a pre-defined paragraph of text to message body, and open attachment dialog box in specific folder, to allow selection of specfic file for attchment to email message.

Is this possible ?

any solutions my fellow forumists?
