Dear Gurus,

I need advice regarding my current situation. :-(

I receive many emails of applications from some clients, and I had to post them in my system after downloading attached pics and copying many information (e:g name, address, contact details, profession, etc etc).

The problem is clients don't attach the pics below 40kb and sends pics in pdf rather then jpeg and information detail of applicant we have to find in email bodytext.

I want to arrange this work to simple procedure. I am not very expert in VB, just could make forms in excel and can work on small projects. But I have no idea about outlook form, either it can be useful for my situation or not. If it is, then I can take a step to learn and apply for my current situation.

My question is, can we make the form and send to our clients, with retriction of attaching jpeg only with below 40kb and informations should be in its defined textbox only. So that I can retrieve the information easily.

Is it possible with outlook or is there any other solution for this situation?
