Email Generator Macro

I'm new to Outlook VBA, so I'm not really sure where to begin on this. What I want to do is create a macro that creates a new message for each branch of the company (19), populates the Subject with a specific line (the same but the branch name changes), populates the body with a specific message (always the same), and fills the To with two individuals based on the group they are included in. Is this possible? If so, where do I even begin?
