UserForm+Email outlook 2007

Dear All,
Attached is the sheet for my query , problem is, I am not able to modify the Subject of the Email in a specific format.I do not want to lose the list box + the attachment has to be in PDF format.Many Thanks In Advance.

yes ..It is the user form ...or if you can better it in any way ..

The Chicken (EmailDetails) comes before the Egg (Select Recipients).
Your requirements requires knowing the Egg (Select Recipients) before the Chicken (EmailDetails)

ok so wats the best that can be done ...I know it's a tough ask but I will like to know form you the second best option..

Can we do away with the Email detail box ..But the croitical part is to keep the UserForm.jpg Ref # 2
