Is it possible to configure an email address (eg [email protected]) so that emails sent to it are automatically forwarded on to another email address (eg [email protected]), but without using rules?

We recently deleted the [email protected] email address and while emails sent to [email protected] are being received, the original sender is receiving a bounceback from [email protected]. We have logged in to the 1email1 mailbox and have confirmed there are no rules set up to forward the emails, so we're at a loss to explain how this forwarding is happening, and we need to stop it.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
