An application is trying to send email on your behalf

Dear experts,

is there a way to turn off this message while my Excel macro sends email through Outlook on regular intervals, but this message stops the email?

Hi,

Whenever I've needed to bypass this Outlook restriction I've always used the small 'Click Yes' memory resident program from Context Magic. There's a free and a pro version.

Ron de Bruin goes into quite a bit of detail about how to get around this on his site. He has a very comprehensive page here regarding sending mail from within Excel, but explores the use of sending mail using CDO (which means no messages) here.

Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
