Code to insert time/date into body of task

I keep track of WIP against each of my tasks. I often want to make a note like "sent email to Mike on 21 Feb 10:15am" or similar. I would like a VBA code to insert the "21 Feb 10:15am" being the current date/time. I am quite familiar with VBA for Excel, but a newbie with Outlook. Would someone kindly offer me a sub that will do this. I assume it is only a couple of lines of code.

    Matt

I don't see how that code will insert the date in the body of the task. I assume there needs to be some reference to the task body object. I just can't work out what that is.
