Opening multiple Concatenate hyperlinks

I have data in in cells shown, i can open the hyperlink but i have many of them in a column and wondered if there was a way of opening them all at the same time with one click or using macros.

=HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("mailto:",A5,"?subject=",B5,"&body=",C5),"Send e-mail")

Also i have data in one column and would like to enter "Dear" infront of all the cells in the column.

Is there a way to do either of these please. Any help would be appreciated.
