Want to make this a scheduled event

I have created the code below that works well with finding an attachment and copying it to a folder on my desktop.

I would like to do the following but need your help to do it...

1) Have this code as a reoccurring scheduled event.

2) How to change this code to look for certain senders and then save that attachment into a particular folder.

3) Code that works in an existing workbook, to copy a specific worksheet from the above mentioned workbooks and save as a new worksheet in an existing workbook.
