Export "Unformatted" Data from Email to Excel

I want to take certain information from emails and export them to a database so I can call from them at a later point in time. However...the emails do not follow any specific format/layout.

    Example:

"My name is Jack Slowski and I will be arriving at Colorado Springs Airport at 15:20. My flight number is 4573."

I want to be able to take the Name, Airport, Arrival Time, and Flight Number from the emails and export them into an organized excel file.

Is this possible without the emails following a format? Sometimes the emails are just one liners, other times they can be 6 lines long (never know what the emails will look like, but I always know they will have the above information somewhere in the body of the email).

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

PS. I have spent a few hours looking and the only material that comes close to what I am looking for involves emails that follow a format.

EDIT: I forgot to add that the date would of arrival would also be included. That date and time comes in formats such as 11/21/2012 and 3pm, respectively (different variations of that), as well as November 21 2012 (with different variations of that as well).

    Hi Timdecker,

while it should be fairly simpe to retrieve the information for the above text, I don't think this would be possible for the variaty of emails that you could receive. Imagine you would define a rule to take the word left of the word "Airport" as the airport name. In the example above the airport would then be detected as "Springs". If the Airport would always be defined as the 3Letter code (in case of Colarado Springs COS), one could provide a kind of checklist against which the text could be compared. The same applies to the flight number, 4573 could be anything from a zip code to the amount of money the sender is paying for his trip. Typically a flight number would be composed of Airline Code and Flightnumber - but the macro would never know if there is no clear rule.

Having said the above, with constant updating of macro code, one could possibly create a macro that would work for most of the emails, but I doubt you could repeately post this into a forum.

    Regards

    Theo

    Thanks for the help Fettertiger.

That's what I am afraid of. Guess it would only work if they followed a form like so:

    Name:
    Airport:
    Arrival Date:
    Arrival Time:

If it was like the above, it would be a lot easier....
