Find count of unique values with multiple criteria inlcuding date ranges

I need to find the cumber of Clients (Client ID) who became a client between a date range (M2 and M3). Client's with a Client Type "D4" should not be counted. Client's with a Client Code "CA" shouldn't be counted unless they are in multiple Client Types the associate CLient Code is not "CA".

I need to then fine the number of Client's in this group were lost in a specific year (Lost Client Year) 2014.

@ Dave- I think there I may not have been clear on what I need based on what I already have.
Column I tells me if the client ID is in the date range, J- tell s me if they were lost. So I can use those fields as my criteria as I try to filter out based on Client Type and Client Code. Hopefully, this better explains my situation.

Arrrgh! Used the wrong columns and solved the wrong problem. Someday I will learn to read plain English statements.

I have a delay at my end, but will come back.

I found the solution. I added a helper column that combined the values from the two columns containing "ignore" criteria.
