Extract records between two dates with criteria - Gap analysis

Dear Forum,

Thanks for your continuous guidance and support. Data set has been attached for your reference.

The data set contains the list of individuals applying for loan in the bank. Now my requirement is, i want to extract the report (list) between two dates of those who submitted the application, but not sanctioned.

Note: attachment has model data extraction list with requirement message box. "Pivot table is not my preference".

Thanks for your prompt response. yes, this is what my exact requirement and also have few things to get clarification from your end. I really want to learn the logical structure of framing formula.

1. You have used two formula to extract records. (one is for S.NO and another one is for rest of the details like, name, age, category, etc.,), kindly teach why such?
2. In Vlookup you have used this formula "=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(Table3[[#This Row],[S.NO]],$A$4:$M$63,9,0),"") what is 9 represents.

Do not mind about questions. I want to be clear and learn those things.

column 9 of the range A:M (in this case Application submission for Loan)
