    Multiple headers

Is it possible to have the same headers for pages 1 thru 4 and then change the headers on pages 5 thru 20, then continue doing this throughout the spreadsheet?

    Re: Multiple headers

Yes. One quick way to do it is by 'Grouping' sheets.

Assuming the headers are in Sheet1 A1:M1.

Click on the Sheet1 tab and while holding down the Shift key click Sheet4.

    The sheets are now grouped.

Select A1:M1 on Sheet1, copy that range and then paste it back unto itself.

Check the other 3 sheets and you should see identical headers in each one.

Follow the that procedure for Sheet5 through Sheet20 the same way.

    Did this help?

    Re: Multiple headers

Thanks but that left me really confused.
But, I have just one sheet. All my data is in one sheet, so what your saying will not work, unless I start breaking it up into different sheets.
Is there any way to do this within one sheet?

I took that to mean column headers on sheets or tabs.

I see what you mean now and don't know of a way to do this. Interesting question, though, and I will do some checking.

    Re: Multiple headers

    Hi attroll,

Excel doesn't have any "Section" like Word, so to my knowledge, it is only possible via VBA and and the trick is to Print each page each time the header is changed... (Excel only keeps one header per 'TAB'
Here's an example on how to do this :

Since you need to change the header every 4 pages, I would change this line :

    Hoping this will help you...
