Identify who requires training based on score

    Hi,

I need to identify in an excel table who requires intervention based on their weekly scores, I have 10 depots and the person who scores the lowest will require intervention, however for one site I'll do an intervention to the bottom 5 not just the lowest one.

I want to be able to have a category in a column that says "Yes" or "No" next to their name so I can filter quickly and see who requires intervention, I've managed to do this for the person with the lowest score, but I get stock when it comes to the bottom 5 for that single depot.

    A few additional things:
    - The number of people varies every week
    - Every week I'll have a new report with new scores

I've added a screenshot of the example table, for some reason I can't upload the excel file.

    Appreciate your help!!

To Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy).

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

This proposed solution employs a helper column which may be moved and/or hidden for aesthetic purposes.
Note that this solution only addresses the bottom 5 issue and uses Depot 5 as the site. To change the site, change the value in cell G1.
The helper column (G2 and down) is populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

The column (H) that returns the Yes/No result is populated using:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Note that this solution compares the actual values, which may be different from those displayed in column B. For example B614 and B615 both display 61, however B614 is actually 60.875 (therefore marked 'No') and B615 is actually 60.5 ('Yes')
