Hello, I'm new to this forum so if I make a mistake, I apologize in advice. I tried the search function and didn't find a thread about my question.

In my spreadsheet, we have a list of patients. I'll make up a fake example.
Doe, John, date of birth: 10/10/80
Doe, Jane, date of birth: 05/25/82
Smith, Ann, date of birth: 1/1/2017

The spreadsheet can freely sort by patients. However, there are times we want the family to stay together so we sort by a "family code". The head of the family is given the code (in the above example): DJ101080
and the family members also get this family code of DJ101080

It's been working fine but a staff member brought up a point. When we print the list of patients, one patient might be on page 1 but the other patients happen to go to page 2. They were asking if there is a way when we print the spreadsheet to keep the family together on the same page so they don't accidentally forget family members (by forgetting to realize that the family got broken up by the printouts). Because the staff doesn't know ahead of time how many members belong to the same family. They don't want to have to check every page to see if families are on both sides.
