Can't highlight in the same column..conditional formatting

I need help. I'm making a report on drivers monitoring. I already figure out how to highlight the driver name in the sheet 2 drivers list, when the driver is assign to drive in the sheet 1, I'm using the COUNTIF. The next process is remove the highlight when the driver is arrived, I'm using the ISODD. The drivers name and the arrival time are in the same column. The problem is when you input the driver's name in the next column with the same name, the name of the driver in the sheet 2 drivers list won't highlight again. What formula i will use to highlight it again?

In driver sheet, use only one CF to highlight driver name, in row 5 sheet vehicle, in condition of:
Count number time occur of that driver accross multi columns, accross multi vehicle, to see ISODD or not.
