    accessibility of Excelforum.com

I am currently experiencing long response times on Excelforum.com, which makes it difficult to work with.

Is it possible to increase the accessibility of Excelforum.com?

This is a problem that has been reported to the tech team. We are waiting to see if they will do anything about it.

The same with me, but there are moments that it also goes normal.

    Re: accessibility of Excelforum.com

It's been happening for about 48 hours - as Ford said, we are in constant touch with the tech team. They keep investigating, but so far no fix. It does seem to come in waves.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Not solved any more

It can take anything between 15 and 30 seconds to load or refresh a page.

Unfortunately I experience the same thing Trevor.

To bring this to attention, I have removed the Solved tag.

I think I might go and find something to do in the real world and come back in a while.

    Re: accessibility of Excelforum.com

It's working now - was sluggish for about an hour this morning. And yes, I did contact the tech team: they say that there is something slowing down the forum (well, we knew that ...), but have escalated it AGAIN. They are working to find the 'best' solution - I'd be happy with ANY solution right now! Frustrated, moi???

It seems to have recovered for the moment. But I won't be holding my breath.

Nor shall I. I can only keep banging at their door - and I do (as do others).
