I think Jack is talking about a Knowledgebase of the Forum solutions to known issues. Can be hard to tell though.

That's exactly what Jack means, he's talking about having a documented tracking of issues and fixes (there is an add-on to vb4 that you can get for project tracking, bugs...etc), i think Jack was just having a slip of the tongue day, must have been up late last night
