I noticed this in RoyUK's signature:
But following the link to the forum rules, it says:To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
Which one is correct?To change the title of the thread, click EDIT on the original post, then click the Go Advanced button, then change the title. If two or more hours have passed, the EDIT button will not appear, and you need to ask a moderator to change the title.

Unless the "tech team" has changed this to two hours, and I doubt it, I would think Roy's to be correct. The best way to find out is to start a thread and leave it be for a couple hours to see what you see.
