Can't upload excel files to posts

Hi guys,

When I try an upload a file all it does it put a 407 warning next to it and wont upload. Any suggestions on how to get around this? I am using google chrome

P.S. the full error is:

407 IOErrorEvent type=IOerror bubbles=false cancelable=false eventphase=2 text="error#2038"

Have you checked the size of the file? There are limits depending on the file type - see attachment.

Edit: After seeing the error msg you provided, i have sent it to the tech team to check if there is any problem with your IP.

What is the size of your file?

Its only 93MB so that should be ok

The tech team have checked all details pertaining to your profile in the backend and there is nothing wrong.

Can you please try again?

Here is the process incase you have missed a step -

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced.
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.
