I have set my timezone set to GMT+2.
However, on the forum, I see all times as GMT+3.
Also on the disclaimer at the bottom of the web-page says that "All times are GMT+3".

Incase others face the same issue, let me tell you the solution - The setting in your profile "Automatically detect DST settings" was set to No. I changed it to Yes and it solved your issue.
