Hi Folks!
Got a new computer running Windows 7 with IE9 and I can no longer resize the reply window. I was able to do so on my old machine running Windows XP with IE8.
Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Derrr,
I don't know what you mean by the "reply window" - I'm running Windows 7 with IE10

I didnt even know you could resize it? Mine stretches the full width on my screen, pretty much, same width as the post "windows"
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Yeah same here. I have never had to resize it. I use Firefox.
I have no problem with it using Chrome.

Thanks Arlette,
I don't get any resize handles - so, I guess that I can't do it - not that I've ever wanted to
I see resize handles at the right end of the box, not sure if only admins and mods can see it. Shouldnt be so.
Abousetta says that she can resize in both IE and FireFox - but I don't get the handles - maybe it comes with the canned responses??
I checked using a dummy id which i have which is a registered user and it still shows in firefox.
I get the resize handle but when I "grab" it with my mouse the cursor changes to the directional arrow (and I get the balloon tooltip that says: Drag to resize) but when I drag it nothing happens.
The default size of the reply window is too small height-wise which is why I want to resize it.
This is what i see in IE9 Win 7 v/s Firefox Win 7.
OK, I see what you see in Firefox Win 7 except that, as noted above, when I try to "grab" the handle to drag the window nothing happens.
Ok, i followed this link and did what it told me http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/i...-view#ie=ie-10 and it works now. I can see the resize handles and it gets resized as well.
Yes, that worked!
Can't believe that I didn't already try that.
Thanks for hanging in there with me on this!
