Do you not see a checkbox to the right which you can check and then down at the bottom of the screen a button which says delete?

There is a selection box to the top right of the attachment listing. If you select that, all attachments on the visible page are selected then you can delete by clicking on the delete button at the bottom of the page. If you want to delete attachments starting with the oldest attachments (more than 3 pages) this might not be possible because the selection boxes and the delete button disappear. How you delete those, I haven't a clue.

I can't see the delete button.
Why do you want to delete the attachments?
If you delete them, the threads containing those attachments could become worthless to other users or they could find it difficult to understand your issue.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)
Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
They could contain some unwanted private information.
The question is about how, not about why.

snb,
It doesnt look like from the 1st post. Some users do not know that they can continue to retain the attachments if they dont contain confidential information, so i am not wrong in asking "why".
