Is it just me or is the Canned Replies scroll bar a little over-sensitive (at least in Chrome).
If I try to use it, it selects the nearest canned reply. I can cursor up and down and press enter when I get to the right one but scrolling doesn't seem to work at all.

Works okay for me in IE 11 (makes a change, as there are a few things that don't work !!)

Works fine in Firefox. Did you try clearing your cache, and re-logging in?

I am using chrome too, cant say I have noticed that problem that much. I have had 1 or 2 times when I got a different reply to what I wanted, but put that down to being in too much of a hurry. Other than than, not really
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Clearing the cache fixed it. Thanks Arlette. I didn't log out and so I didn't need to log in again.
