I'm fairly new to the forum and trying to ask a bit of a complicated/ wordy question but I keep getting a firewall popping up denying my post.
I thought it might be because i needed to add macro-enabled workbooks and a macro enabled template, but I'm still being denied after I removed the attachments.
What am I doing wrong?
It's a known issue: if you have < or > in your formula or code, make sure that you have spaces either side. Anything that is seen as HTML will be rejected. It will be one of the two.

I narrowed it down to a one sentence question I'd asked.
No code, no < >. Still not sure what in the sentence was an issue but wrote it differently and it worked.
