malware experiences anyone?

anyone here got a good one? The following one popped up for me just today and it was a fake firefox update:

I also recently read that the Russians are creating some pretty sophisticated stuff, designed to be undetectable by virus programs and/or windows defender (I mean come on, lets face it, windows defender really doesn't do anything):
