Need Advice

Hello all!

I have a VERY complex spreadsheet that I'm trying deconstruct and reverse engineer. While I'm Excel proficient this requires a guru. I initially hired someone to do this work for me via Upwork, but in addition to a language barrier he couldn't figure it out after a few days. Is there a "for hire" spot on this forum?

This spreadsheet has a little of everything:
VBA/Macros
IF(ISERROR) formulas
IF(AND) and IF(OR) formulas
Concatenation
VLOOKUPs

I can attach the locked and unlocked version if that helps.
