O/T: Help with B-school project

Good morning,
I know this is completely off topic, but I need some help from fellow bloggers who are familiar with Microsoft programs.

I am a working/part-time student at NYU’s stern school of business. My group and I are currently taking a course called New Product Marketing, which requires us bring a new product to market. We have selected a presentation management software that compliments PowerPoint.
