Not sure if this is the wrong place for this post. Any thoughts on why I cant upload my Excel file for my post in the general forum? It is below the file size limit but I get an error when I try to upload the file.
I tried contacting an admin, but I get a delivery failure due to the mailbox being full.

Hi Darvistor, welcome to the forum.
What file type are you trying to upload? When you're creating a new thread, after clicking Manage Attachments you should click Browse to select the file from your computer. Once the file is selected and shown in the upload window, be sure to click the Upload button, otherwise the file will not upload.
Which admin?
I've just uploaded a file with no problem

I'm trying to upload an excel file. The file size is <1Mb so I don't see any problem there. I click browse to locate the file and then click upload. After a few seconds I see the following message displayed in the window:
I have tried uploading the file from two different computers and get the same issue.Database error
The Excel Help Forum database has encountered a problem.
RoyUK- I just sent an email to [email protected] and it doesn't go through.
What happens if you zip it first?

I was able to zip the Excel file and add it to my original post. Now I just need to wait for a response on that thread.
