Starting xl'03 wants to convert a file

I still have xl'03 on one of my computers, this computer also has xl'07 and xl'10,with xl'10 just being installed.
When I open xl'03 now, a msgbox pops up telling me "Converting file in progress".

I can only assume that this is converting my Personal Macro Workbook.

What have others done to fix this?

This has only started since I installed office 2010.

I have an Add-in that I used to use when I only had xl'03 and wanted to view .xlsx workbooks.

I create my own XLSTART folders for each installed version and then point each version's 'at startup open all files in' option to the relevant location.
