I use Dropbox, it has the advantage that I can access important files in different locations. Files are synched.

hm that depends, i used to work on projects where you couldn't even email stuff but it had to be encrypted put on a disk and sent by secure courier.and you certainly weren't allowed any removable devices to be attached to the pc! it depends on what your company/government/legal security deem safe.So will this be secure?
