I have received a warning for ignoring a so called moderator who knows far less than I do about moderating. I would not have posted but for the fact that so many rules are being ignored. There's better Excel Forums than this where I will be available.

Unfortunately I like the layout here and no offense to OzGrid and MrExcel, but I can't get used to the forum layout there.
The layout over at Codecage is great though. Stack OverFlow is just plain downright intimidating.
