I have not seen Arlu and cutter on this forum for a while now and biggnining to see lots of threads with no tags
I suppose you could report it
Also, in the last day or so I have fixed code tags at least a dozen times...
HTH
Regards, Jeff
The people who don't use code tags are new people, thus not aware of the rules yet. It bears no relation to when moderators are on vacation. It is purely random.
Feel free to pop the report icon as often as you need to, helps the moderators see where things are needed.

I was on vacation AB33 and Cutter too is busy with his work. But you can report the posts anytime. We have loads of mods now on board and the missing code tags will be taken care of.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)
Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
Thanks all! Please tell me how do I report it?
Look right below your name and click on the triangle.
It's nice to read there are "lots of mods" around, but it seems to me that there is a problem with their geographic distribution, for there are regular periods when no mods are on board ( and I do see that spamming is increasing, some spams staying published for more than 20 minutes), and other ones were there are several mods logged in.
OTOH, mods have the tendency ( not specially on this forum and not specially the actual mods either) to spend more time answering questions ( which is fun) than moderating ( which can be boring sometimes).
This being said, why should members have to do the boring stuff?
i dont specifialy open threads to see if they have tags or not, but if i do open a thread and it doesnt have code tags, tell the op to add them, or they are new, add them for them and tell them to use them next time
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Jeffrey! Thanks! I have got it.
We are a village, and it's a big village. Click the report icon and type one word to help if you want, that doesn't sound too cumbersome. Or don't.This being said, why should members have to do the boring stuff?
The ones we see we fix. The ones that get reported we fix. We are a village.

I think people are taking this thread out of proportion, or out of context. My initial aim, as a memeber of the forum, was to help, but did not know what and how to do it. Jeffrey reply to my question and I thought that would be the end of the issue at hand and hence the reason for closing this thread. I know now what to do, if any one post a thread with out tags. Please stop here.
