How can I leave the Excel Help Forum?

I no longer need to be a member of this forum but can't find an option for leaving
Can anybody help?

There is no means to leave. Just stop visiting the site. Go to your profile and change any preferences that you may have set up for notifications.

I have asked for the same but even PMs are ignored.

Just write down to paper some random characters, for ex: "aaa##$?)mm" then change your password to those characters. Then burn out the paper.

I'm aware of all that - however I want my details, and 'reputation' wiped. This can be done as the link in my previous post shows.
