Posting a New Thread in "Call in the Cavalry"

Do you need certain permissions to post in the "Call in the Cavalry" Forum? I don't get the Post a New Thread. Only Reply. It my first time trying to post in there....

You just reply to the last post. It's an ongoing thread but with lots of individual unrelated posts/subjects ... specifically, requests for help where people have tried to provide help (in other threads) but run out of steam.

Reply to the "Call the Cavalry" thread. Provide a link to the thread for which you need reinforcements. Add as much background detail as you feel appropriate and necessary to explain what the problem is.
