Tired of entering a row full of data across numerous columns?

Here is the shortcut to do it!

From the Quick Access Toolbar down arrow, open up the Customise tool bar dialog box > More commands...

In the first drop down (Choose commands from), click on all commands and in the list hunt for Form and add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Ensure you have chosen 'For all documents' in the second dropdown menu (Customise Quick Access Toolbar)

Now go to any cell in column A of your sheet and click on form and viola!! You see all your column headers neatly put in a format for fast data entry

Click on New to enter data in the next new row (Click new again for data to be recorded and for new blank form) or scroll up and down to visit data already entered!!

PS : If your blank rows have formula in them, data will NOT be entered. Data will be recorded into the next BLANK row with no data whatsoever!
