Using Excel as a Befunge 2D Interpreter

It's still in the early stages, but I was feeling a little esoteric and I had a hard time passing up a chance to work with a 2D programming language.

the end goal would be to eventually do a full implementation of VBE functionality for Befunge.

for now you should be able to plug your code into the "Program Code" box hit the (Load Program) button and it'll reset the core and cpu to the beginning of your code

then you can either hit the (Run) button or (Step) button to either run the code or step through it.

I recommend step as I haven't finished coding the break points yet.

(I know it's slow, but it's an interpreter running on interpreted VBA code)
