Print doc.individualized to a list of names

I have an excel spreadsheet that has a list of names with corresponding data. I have a word document that I need to print with the data. What I mean is I need to print the word document with the 1st name in the list and data from the cells associated. I then need to print the word document with the second name in the list with its corresponding data. I don't know if this is possible or not. Any help? Also I can convert the word doc. into excel if need be, or the excel into a word doc. Thanks for any help.
