I can't change editing language

I made editing language "Turkish" I can't set it default.

I downloaded Turkish editing language pack. I still can't set it deafult.

Still red lines appear on all the words.

How to set Turkish as default editing language?

That might work for Excel, but the post is about Word, so for Word 2010 & later it's found under File|Options|Language.

zanshin777: Depending on what you're trying to achieve, you might also/instead need to adjust your:
• Proofing language setting in Word's Normal template (Review|Language>Set Proofing Language); and/or
• Region & Language settings in the Windows Control Panel.

Is Proofing Language Setting is on "Options - Language - Choose Editing Languages"? It doesn't work by itself.

Do I have to change the display language of Windows to fix this?
