    Bookmarking texts with cross reference

    Hello,

I'm having two words documents. In one document I'm defining text bookmarks for certain text blocks which I then include in another document using the IncludeText field command. The problem is that when I'm having cross references to chapter headings in the text block, then I get an error in the second document: Error! Bookmark not defined". This means, if the text block in the original document references to chapter 3.1, even if my second document has a chapter 3.1, I get an "undefined" error when using IncludeText. Do you know how to fix this? I am using Word 2010.

You might try adding the \! switch to the INCLUDETEXT field.
