I have a spreadsheet with a bunch of departments and their bosses. Each Department needs to have at least 5% of their employees educated on topic X. A boss can have multiple departments. I created a query in Excel that shows me all the departments below the 5% threshold. I want to send E-Mails to each Boss if their % is too low.
I used mail merge for the text to adress the issue. I would like to include the query with the departments below 5%, filtered by each boss. Otherwise I would send an E-Mail with a table with 5000 entries.
Is this possible? Each Boss is marked by an unique identifier ID
