    Cool Automatically Cross-reference word

    Hi guys,

    I'm wondering if anyone has a macro that allows the user to search for text, and then replace that text with a particular cross-reference of a particular bookmark?

    Thanks guys,
    Jimmy

    (p.s, in excel forum's what does the "Tags" actually do when creating a thread?)

    Cheers,
    Jimmy

    (p.p.s I feel like I didn't make this thread's topic specific enough (sorry!). I would edit it, but I can't find the buttons to do so! )

    Re: Automatically Cross-reference word

    Simply create a single cross-reference to the bookmark, copy it to the clipboard, then use Find/Replace, where:
    Find = text to find
    Replace = ^c
