How to make the slanted word editable by Word 2016?

If Word 2016 open pdf, the word can be editable, but not for slanted word (refer attached words file)

How to make the slanted word editable?
(i.e. make the slanted word to horizontal for easy edit.)

The slanted 'words' appear to be a series of independent rotated textboxes (one for each letter), carefully spaced. In Word 2010, at least, you can only select them one character at a time. Evidently, this is the result of the pdf conversion process used.

Sure you could use OCR, but there's no guarantee you'd get the results you want - whatever they are. It all depends on what OCR software you use.
