That cut paste is not smooth as in excel.
I found another way - Select the row then press alt shift arrow up/down
but that's not good in long documents
Word is not Excel - they perform different functions. Don’t expect all functionality to be the same, therefore: it will be biased towards the primary function of the software.

There is a difference between how Cut- Inset and Alt+Shift+Arrrow up/Down works
I want to use cut-insert like Alt Shift Arrow
When working in Word, you have to use the methods Word provides. It's all very well saying you want Word to work differently, but all that means is you're refusing to accept how Word is designed to work.
