    How to insert Table of Contents in specific format?

    Dear All,

    I want to insert the Table of Contents in following format:

    GENESIS
    Beginnings

    GENESIS:Beginnings.............................................1

    How can I insert in above mentioned format? Please help. Your suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you.

    I have attached sample file as well.

    Is the screenshot in your example a Word document? If so please attach a sample document instead of just a picture. I know of no way to create a TOC with entries that are not the same as the actual headings in the document. It could be done with VBA or perhaps a heading level that is Hidden Text, I haven't tried it yet.
